In a large bowl combine 8 oz. mascarpone and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.

In a separate bowl combine ¾ cup Alessi Espresso and 1 Tablespoon Amaretto.

Arrange 3 Alessi Lady Fingers in a tall glass, pipe mascarpone filling between each lady finger.

Pour Espresso mixture over lady fingers to soak.

Top glass with additional mascarpone topping, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with Alessi Amaretti cookie.
