Ingredients

  • 6 ounces mozzarella balls, about 15
  • 3 ounces prosciutto, sliced thin
  • Alessi Pesto, to taste

Directions

Arrange mozzarella balls on a platter. Cut prosciutto in half lengthwise and then in half again. 

Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each mozzarella ball and secure with a toothpick if desired. Drizzle pesto on each prosciutto wrapped mozzarella ball and serve immediately.
